• (1) 雙手洗淨，取出口罩。(2) 確認方向，覆蓋口鼻，並將鬆緊帶掛於雙耳上。(3) 拉開口罩重疊折線，確保臉頰緊密貼合。 (4) 用手指輕壓鼻樑片，以確保緊密。
